Back from NCC parade

Haiz.... Today's NCC Land training was damn tough la. We had to kiss the ground for uptime. We had a fitness test and felt damn tired.

What the fitness test consist of ?

The Fitness Test consisted of diamond push-ups, wide push-ups, sit-ups, inclined pull up and 1.8KM run. I did 16 diamond 30 push-ups and 35 sit-ups and my timing for 1.87 KM is 14.47 mins.

I think Part A did better then us. The timing for their best 1.8 KM was 7.52 Mins and the worst is 12.57 Mins. The best for Part B was 14.02 Mins so much lower then Part A's worse timing. But the thing here is that we were wearing full gear during running and they were wearing only PT Kit.
